Mushu Sound Absorbing Panel Production Line Expansion Improves Delivery Capacity

Mushu <p>Sound Absorbing Board Linyi production base recently completed a number of production lines to expand production, covering wood silk sound absorbing board, polyester sound absorbing board and WPC grille board category. The new equipment improves the consistency between the sanding accuracy and the surface treatment of the plate, and the daily production capacity reaches 1.5 times of the original level.</p><p> After the expansion, the regular specification off-the-shelf lead time has been shortened to seven working days, and custom color and size orders can be arranged faster. The workshop introduces an online quality inspection process to sample the density, fire rating and color difference of each batch of plate to ensure stable export order quality. Mushu will continue to upgrade its production line to serve customers around the world.</p>
